1. Who we are. This website is run by E-Innova Lab LLC, doing business as Leebow Partners. Offices: NYU Future Labs, 370 Jay Street, Floor 7, Brooklyn, NY 11201, United States, and Font i Monteros 18, 07003 Palma, Mallorca, Spain. For any privacy question, write to hello@leebowpartners.com.
2. What we collect. We only collect what you choose to send us. When you ask to read one of our full cases, we collect your name, your work email and, if you add it, your company, together with the case you asked for. When you write to us by email or LinkedIn, we collect your name, email address, company and the content of your message. When you visit the site, our hosting provider records basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working.
3. Why we use it. To give you access to the case you asked for and get in touch with you about it, to reply to your messages, to explore and manage a working relationship with you or your company, and to keep the site secure and improve it. We do not add you to a newsletter, we do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision making.
4. Legal basis. Under European data protection law (GDPR), we rely on your consent when you fill in the case access form, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us; on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running our business; and on the steps needed before entering into a contract when you ask us about our services.
5. Who else sees it. Only the providers that help us run the site and our email: Cloudflare (website hosting), Google (storage of the case access requests) and Fastmail (email). They process data on our behalf and under our instructions. We may also share data when the law requires it.
6. International transfers. We work between the United States and Spain, so your data may move between them. When data leaves the European Economic Area, we use the safeguards the law provides, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU US Data Privacy Framework.
7. How long we keep it. Case access requests and messages that do not lead to a working relationship are kept for up to two years and then deleted, or earlier if you ask us to. Data about clients and partners is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by tax and commercial law.
8. Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. Write to hello@leebowpartners.com and we will answer within one month. If you are in the European Union, you can also complain to your data protection authority; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
9. Changes. If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
